尺度、瓦斯作用对煤样强度影响的数值模拟 Numerical simulation of scale effect and gas pressure on the strength of coal specimens 发布时间:2011-07-05 浏览量:64 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 尚晓吉1, 刘卫群2*, 宋良2 ( 1、中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院; 2、中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院,江苏 徐州 221116; ) 摘要: 本文利用岩石破裂过程的分析软件-RFPA2D,对不同尺寸、不同瓦斯压力煤样进行了单轴压缩数值模拟,探讨了尺度、瓦斯压力对煤岩材料强度、变形及破坏形式的影响规律。研究结果表明:(1)随着体积的增大,煤样的强度呈幂律衰减趋势;体积较小时为劈裂,体积较大时为剪切破裂。(2)随着瓦斯压力的增加,煤样的峰值强度呈多项式衰减,并且峰值强度后的应力应变曲线上表现出煤样的脆性特征增强。 关键词: 尺度效应;瓦斯;煤;强度;数值模拟 SHANG Xiaoji1, LIU Weiqun2*, SONG Liang2 ( 1、School of Mechanics & Civil Engineering,China University of Mining and Technology; 2、School of Mechanics & Civil Engineering,China University of Mining and Technology,Xuzhou Jiangsu 221116; ) Abstract: In this paper, the rock failure process analysis software - RFPA2D is used to the coal samples with numerical simulation tests under uniaxial compression,and then the law of the scale effect and the gas pressure on the strength, deformation and failure forms of coal specimens are discussed respectively. The results show that: (1) The strength of coal specimens would show power law decay trend with the increase of volume when they are with same ratio of length to diameter. For the low volume, the rapture mode shows splitting, while for greater volume, it shows shear fracture. (2) with the gas pressure increased, the compressive strength was polynomial decayed, and the brittle features of the coal sample enhanced after the peak intensity of stress-strain curve.
