c-Myc与核呼吸因子-1在细胞凋亡中的作用 The function of c-Myc and nuclear respiratory factor-1 in cell apoptosis 发布时间:2011-07-12 浏览量:102 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 桑灏1, 张丽娟2*, 李觉2 ( 1、同济大学医学院; 2、同济大学医学院,上海 200092; ) 摘要: 细胞凋亡属于细胞程序性死亡的一种形式,影响着诸多疾病的发生与转归。凋亡通路主要分为胞内通路(与Bcl-2家族有关)和胞外通路(与caspase-8有关)。c-Myc原癌蛋白在20%的人类癌细胞中均有表达,同时在细胞凋亡的胞内和胞外途径中都扮有重要角色。而核呼吸因子-1(Nuclear respiratory factor-1,NRF-1)是调控线粒体功能的重要转录因子,其与c-Myc在体内是否能达到平衡将会影响着细胞的存活与凋亡。研究发现c-Myc和NRF-1可能竟争结合细胞色素C上的结合位点,从而在细胞凋亡通路中发挥作用。探讨c-Myc与NRF-1在凋亡通路中的单独与交互作用,将有助于更好地了解细胞凋亡与存活的相关机制。 关键词: 预防医学;细胞凋亡;c-Myc原癌蛋白;核呼吸因子-1 Sang Hao1, Zhang Lijuan2*, Li Jue2 ( 1、Medical School, Tongji University; 2、Medical School, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092; ) Abstract: Apoptosis is a form of cell processed death, and affects the development and turnover of several diseases. The apoptosis singaling pathway is divided into two pathways including internal celluar pathway (Bcl-2 concerned )and extracelluar pathway (caspase-8 concerned). c-Myc oncoprotein plays an important role in these two pathways and can be found in 20% human cancers. Nuclear respiratory factor-1(NRF-1) is a major transcription factor which regulates the mitochondrial function. The balance between c-Myc and nuclear respiratory factor-1 determines cell survival or apoptosis. Some studys indicate that c-Myc and NRF-1 may combine cytochrome C competitively in the process of cell survival and apoptosis. The study of the separate effect and interaction between c-Myc and NRF-1 conduce to better understanding of the mechnism of cell survival and apoptosis.
