福建闽清福建青冈天然林种子雨和种子库研究 Seed rain and soil seed bank of a Cyclobalanopsis chungii Forest in Minqing , Fujian Province 发布时间:2009-08-10 浏览量:343 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 黄雍容 , 马祥庆*, 庄凯 , 刘明新 , 黄丹丹 ( 福建农林大学林学院; ) 摘要: 为探讨福建青冈(Cyclobalanopsis chungii )自然更新规律和影响因素,对福建闽清黄楮林自然保护区的福建青冈天然林种子雨、地表种子库和土壤种子库进行了定位观测,并分析了种子雨组成、种子去向、地表种子库和土壤种子库的数量及分布。结果表明:福建青冈种子雨持续2个月,其高峰期在11月下旬~12月上旬,总量为12.44个•m-2,在种子雨过程中各类种子的比例存在较大差异。在地表种子库中虫蛀种子占54. 79 %,完好种子和萌发种子数量均较种子雨有较大减少,但地表种子库中6类种子的变化趋势与种子雨基本一致。地表种子存活率为42.61 %,动物捕食率达46.04 %,说明动物的捕食和搬运是福建青冈种子缺失的原因之一。福建青冈天然林土壤种子库有69种植物种子,但活力种子数量较少,且分布不均匀,大部分分布在2~5 cm土层中。福建青冈天然林中实生幼苗少与福建青冈种子本身特性及其生长环境密切相关,福建青冈种子特殊发芽模式可能是对长期生存环境适应的结果。 关键词: 福建青冈;天然林;种子雨;种子库;天然更新 Huang Yongrong, Ma Xiangqing*, Zhuang Kai, Liu Mingxin , Huang Dandan ( Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University; ) Abstract: To probe the mechanisms that regulate the natural regeneration of C. chungii natural forest, seed rain and soil seed bank of a C. chungii forest in Minqing C. chungii Forest Natural Reserve were investigated. The results showed that seed rain continued about two months with an average of 12.44 seed •m-2 and peaked at late November to early December. Insect-damaged seeds account for 42.35 % and germinated seed only contributed to a small proportion of the total seed collected. Insect-damaged seeds account for 54.79 % of seeds found on forest floor. The density of intact seed or germinated seed decreased dramatically when compared with that of the seed rain. However, the ground seed bank and seed rain had the similar changing tendency. Seed survival rate and the proportion of seed damaged by animals were 42.61% and 46.04 % respectively, which showed that animal damage was the main reason of seed loss. In total, 69 species of seeds were recorded in the soil seed bank, with a very low density of germinable seeds and most of them were buried in 2~5cm in soil. Seedling density of C. chungii was very low in the nature forest, which was closely related to the seed characteristics and habitat. The special germination model of C. chungii seed might be a result of the long-term adaptation to the habitat.
