环境因子对福建青冈种子萌发的影响研究 Research on Characteristics of Seed Germination of Cyclobalanopsis chungii 发布时间:2009-08-14 浏览量:461 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 王友凤, 马祥庆*, 刘爱琴, 黄雍容, 黄建国 ( 福建农林大学林学院; ) 摘要: 针对目前缺乏对福建青冈种子萌发影响因素研究的现实,通过对不同储藏时间种子含水量、可溶性含糖量测定以及温度、土壤湿度和发芽基质等环境因子对福建青冈种子萌发影响试验,进行福建青冈种子的萌发特性研究。结果表明:福建青冈种子具有“顽拗型”生理特性。种子活性在含水量10%~15%时较好,低于10%时,种子丧失萌发能力。温度、土壤含水量是影响福建青冈种子萌发的主要生态因子,当温度 25℃条件下和土壤含水量在24.24%条件下种子的发芽率最高。 关键词: 福建青冈;种子萌发;环境因子;发芽率;温度 Wang Youfeng, Ma Xiangqing*, Liu Aiqin, Huang Yongrong, Huang Jianguo ( College of Forestry, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University; ) Abstract: According to situation that lacking the studied on ecophysiology of seed of Cyclobalanopsis chungii, the water content and soluble sugar of Cyclobalanopsis chungii seed stored for different times were determined and the effects of temperature, soil moisture and germination testures on seed germination were studied in this paper. The results showed that the seed of Cyclobalanopsis chungii possess the typical physiological characteristic of “recalcitrant” seeds. The germination rate was at the high level when seed moisture content was in range of 10%–15%, when seed moisture content wan below 10%, seed fully lost their germination capacity. The germination rate and germination indexes of Cyclobalanopsis chungii seed were greatly affected by the temperature and soil moisture. The seeds germinated best at temperature 25℃; The suitable soil moisture content was 32.43%.
