松毛虫赤眼蜂-Wolbachia共生菌互作体系对赤眼蜂生物学特性和Wolbachia定植的影响 Trichogramma dendrolimi-Wolbachia interact system on effect of biological characteristics and the colonization of Wolbachia in Trichogramma 发布时间:2011-06-21 浏览量:69 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 冮爽, 董辉, 丛斌*, 柳晓利, 钱海涛 ( 沈阳农业大学植物保护学院; ) 摘要: 在20℃、25℃和30℃恒温下,研究了高代(300代)孤雌产雌松毛虫赤眼蜂的生物学特性,并采用wsp基因的特异引物检测了孤雌产雌品系松毛虫赤眼蜂体内Wolbachia的遗传稳定性。结果表明:孤雌产雌松毛虫赤眼蜂随着繁殖世代的增加寄生能力逐渐增强,并且与两性生殖品系松毛虫赤眼蜂间的差距变小,25℃、300代的孤雌产雌品系松毛虫赤眼蜂的寄生能力最强,达到48.78粒卵/蜂。相同条件下两种品系的松毛虫赤眼蜂羽化率差异显著,但繁殖世代的变化对两种品系松毛虫赤眼蜂的羽化率均无显著影响,孤雌产雌松毛虫赤眼蜂在20℃、20代时羽化率最高,为89.62%;30℃、80代时羽化率最低,为73.39%。20℃、30℃条件下孤雌产雌松毛虫赤眼蜂的寿命增加显著。高温会降低该蜂的寿命,在20℃、300代时寿命最长,为1.49d;30℃、20代时寿命最短,仅为0.60d。 关键词: 松毛虫赤眼蜂;孤雌生殖;生物学特性;Wolbachia Gang Shuang, Dong Hui, Cong Bin*, Liu Xiao Li, Qian Hai Tao ( Institute of plant protection,Shen Yang agriculture university; ) Abstract: The parasitic eggs, emergence rate and longevity of Matsumura were compared with the Wolbachia-infected and the non-infected lines under the temperatures of 20, 25 and 30℃. Thelytokous line had been bred for about 20, 80and 300 generations in the laboratory. The wsp gene of Wolbachia was used to verify the genetic stability of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi. The results showed that the higher generation, the more parasitic eggs of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi. The gap of parasitic eggs between Wolbachia-infected and non-infected lines of T. dendrolimi became smaller than before. At 25℃, for 300 generations, the number of parasitic eggs of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi was the highest(47.78 grains). The emergence rate of Wolbachia-infected and non-infected lines T. dendrolimi was significantly different in the same conditions. But the emergence rate was not significantly different for different temperatures and generations. The emergence rate of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi was the highest as 20 generations at 20℃ (89.62%), the lowest as 80 generations at 30℃ (73.39%).The longevity of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi was significantly increased at 20℃ and 30℃.High temperature reduced the longevity of T. dendrolimi. Furthermore, the longevity of thelytokous line of T. dendrolimi was the longest as 300 generations at 20℃ (1.49d), the shortest as 20enerations at 30℃ (0.60d).
