摘要： 复杂网络的研究正渗透着各种科学领域，一种面向大规模网络数据的建模、分析和可视化展示工具成为迫切的需要。本文实现的面向复杂网络的可视化分析工具将数据预处理、数据建模、数据分析和可视化集成在一起，为生物、医学、社会和物理等科学研究者提供了一个统一的网络数据挖掘过程。此工具主要有以下两个优点：1）统一的数据模型；2）强大的数据分析和可视化功能。本文详细介绍了此工具的系统架构和各个部分的设计与实现，并通过一个科研合作网示例验证了这个系统。

Abstract： As the complex network analysis has gradually been applied in many scientific fields, a visual analysis tool towards complex networks is urgently needed. This tool in our paper integrates data preprocessing, modeling, analysis and visualization, and provides a general data mining process for many scientific researchers. Moreover, this tool has the following two advantages: 1) the general data model; 2) providing comprehensive and powerful functions for network analysis and visualization. This paper has introduced the system architecture and software design of the tool, and verified the tool’s effectiveness with an academic collaboration network.
