侧流式深抽泵抽油系统悬点载荷计算 Polished Rod Load Caculation for the Deep Side-stream Pump Oil Puming System 发布时间:2009-12-21 浏览量:272 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 张继红, 刘珂君*, 张楠, 刘明君, 张刚 ( 大庆石油学院提高采收率实验室; ) 摘要: 通过分析侧流式深抽泵的工作原理以及受力状况,建立了侧流式深抽泵在油井深抽条件下的悬点载荷计算模型,经过分析论证得出,与普通管式泵相比侧流式深抽泵在上下冲程中均能起到减载的作用,适合油井的深抽。通过对一口深抽井的实例计算,发现侧流式深抽泵深抽井均比普通管式泵的最大、最小载荷减小7%左右,该结果说明侧流式深抽泵在油井深抽设计中具有一定的优势,可为侧流式深抽泵在油田深抽井的推广应用提供技术参考。 关键词: 侧流式深抽泵;抽油系统;悬点载荷;载荷计算 Zhang Jihong, Liu kejun*, Zhang Nan, Liu Mingjun, Zhanggang ( Daqing Petroleum Institute; ) Abstract: Based on the mechanism and force analysis for the side-stream deep pump, a mathematical model is established to calculate the polished rod load for deep well adopting the side-stream deep pump. Through theoretical analysis, we can see that the side-stream deep pump can reduce the maximum and minimum load contrasted with the tube pump, and it qualified in deep well. By calculating a deep well example, it’s been found the side-stream deep pump decreases maximum and minimum load around 7%, and it is suitable to the deep well. The results also indicate that the side-stream deep pump has definite advantages in the design of deep drawing, and it provided technical references for the further application of the side-stream deep pump in the oil field’s deep wells.
