灯光下多晶硅太阳能电池的特性函数拟合 The fitting characteristic functions of polycrystalline silicon solar by Lighting 发布时间:2009-09-28 浏览量:416 收藏数:0 评论数:0 总览 评价 侯锦锋 *, 薛敏, 马福昌 ( 太原理工学 教育部新型传感器与智能控制重点实验室; ) 摘要: 本文通过在已知太阳能成熟理论前提下,在恒温暗室用60瓦白炽灯光做照射太阳能板实验,测得具体某距离处的光强,开路电压,短路电流,计算出功率,分析出最佳工作电压,最佳工作电流,画出曲线图形。根据曲线走势用最小二乘法拟合出各个参数之间的相互联系函数,最后总结出整体显性函数式来。目的是在普通应用场所经过简单的测量光强,太阳能板开路电压,短路电流就能得到最大功率工作点。如果能将它们的关系推广到实际太阳光照射下,将会大大简化计算得到太阳能电池的最佳电阻性负载范围,以及最佳的工作电压,电流范围。本实验将为简化太阳能电池的负载选择寻找依据。 关键词: 太阳能电池板;函数;拟合;最佳工作点 Hou Jinfeng*, Xun Min, Ma Fuchang ( Ministry of Education Key Lab of Advanced Transducers and Intelligent Control System; ) Abstract: In this paper, we have done experiment under the known theory of solar. In the constant temperature dark room with 60-watt incandescent light exposure to solar panels to do experiments. The intensity , open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current of a distance was measured, and the power was calculated ,so the best operating voltage, the most good operating current can be found . we draw curve graph with measured data. In accordance with the curve trend ,we used the least-squares fitting curve functions , and finally summarized the overall dominant functional. The aim is we will be able to get the maximum power operating point in common place after a simple measurement of light intensity, solar panels, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current . If their relationship can be extended to the actual sunlight, the best resistive load range, and the best operating voltage, current range of the solar cells will be calculated simply .
