摘要： 联合国教科文组织指出："学会合作，是面向21世纪的四大教育支柱之一"。 21世纪的成功者将是全面发展、富有开拓精神、善于与他人合作共处的人。如何将这一理念融入教学之中，是我国高等体育院校在人才培养中应进行认真思考的问题。体操中保护与帮助的教学形式，为培养学生 "善于与他人合作共处"这一 品质提供了良好的平台。本文运用文献、分析、综合、推理、移植等方法，探讨保护与帮助中实现合作功能的步骤与方法。以保护与帮助概念的研究为切入点，以"合作"为基本理念，对保护与帮助的功能进行开发。在探讨保护与帮助显性功能和隐性功能的基础上，以案例的形式分析、归纳出体操教学保护与帮助中实现合作功能的基本步骤与要求。旨在为我国高等体育院校的教学改革提供新的思路及理论参考。

Abstract： This text takes the research of the protection and the help concept as to a entry point and take "cooperation" into as a basic principle, carry on a development to the function of the protection and the help in the gymnastics. Make use of literature, interview, test, analysis and comprehensive etc. method to explore the method and means of realizes the protection and help function.On the basis of explore the explicit and tacit function of the protection and help, with the form of case analytical, induce to the method and means of realizes the gymnastics teaching protection and help function. The aim is providing new way of thinking and theories reference for reform in education and development of the Chinese Higher Physical Education Institutes.
