摘要： 高校毕业生是我国宝贵的人力资源，将在今后国民经济建设中发挥不可替代的作用。企业的健康发展、社会经济机制的顺畅运行需要一个相对稳定的技术人员及管理队伍，然而一段时期以来，在我国高校毕业生中出现频繁跳槽的现象。高校毕业生频繁跳槽有着各种各样的原因，但频繁跳槽背后折射出的社会问题以及教育问题则值得人们思考。根据现阶段我国就业大环境，分析导致高校毕业生频繁跳槽的主客观原因。结果表明：职业观念的变化、择业教育方式的不足、个人发展追求、高校专业及课程设置、企业的社会经济生存环境等诸因素都对此构成影响。

Abstract： College graduates, who will play an irreplaceable role in the future development of national economy, are the precious human resources of our country. Together with the smooth running of the social-economy, the normal operation and development of the enterprise need a relatively stable technical staff and management team. However, there exited frequent job-hopping for college graduates in our country for some time now. College graduates, who are job-hopping frequently, have a variety of reasons, but what is worthy of people's thinking is the problems of society and education in our country behind the phenomena. According to the current employment situation, this paper analyzed subjective and objective reasons of college graduates for frequent job-hopping. The results show that many factors such as the changes in the concept of professional education, the shortage of the way to choose the occupation, personal development pursuit, the arrangement of college professional and courses, the enterprise social economic environment and so on will do affect on hop-hopping.
